In the end of ASOS Jaime looked at his life and choices and choose to be different, to deserve the white cloak, to find some kind of honor. He valued his promise to never hurt Stark or Tully again. At the same time Cersei was sending innocent people to be tortured and experimented on and was wondering how to hurt poor Margery.
Exactly. I mean, I think Cersei is an interesting character, but as a person she’s just awful. I think there are valid reasons for disliking a female character, or any character, without using gender as a reason.
